This is to inform all the participants the schedule of the sitting date per category of Online IKMCPH 2020.

Procedures on the sitting date of the Online IKMCPH 2020.

1. Each participant must sign in to their respective “gmail” account on the day of the online contest. A scheme is provided as reference for the schedule per category where the participant can view which day will he/she be instructed to sit. 
2. Once signed in, wait for the link which will be sent by the IKMC Philippines containing the contest file. 
3. Access the link once it is received. Read and carefully follow the instructions given. The exam is time-bounded. Be reminded that the link can only be accessed once and must finish the exam in a given time. Not by any chance can the link be re-accessed shall the participant fail to comply with the protocol of the contest. 
4. The “SUBMIT” button must be clicked when the contest is done. Be sure that you have accomplished everything before clicking. Take note that the participant must submit the exam before the run-time is over otherwise this becomes void.   
5. An auto-reply will be sent to the respective account once the exam is successfully submitted. 

Paper-Pencil participants kindly coordinate your MTG Center Coordinator for the Venue.

For participants (online contest) who have not emailed and provided their “Gmail” accounts, kindly send the following information to ikmcphil2020.online@gmail.com attached the deposit slip.  

Complete Name/School/Grade/Gmail

Be reminded that those who have sent their details to IKMCPH 2020 account without the deposit slip attachment, must send the proof of payment to ikmcphil2020.online@gmail.com for inclusion to the Official list of IKMCPH 2020 Online Exam.

Note: Participants who did not send their gmail account to ikmcphil2020.online@gmail.com can still send until 5pm today. This gmail is their portal to access the examination online otherwise have they failed to send it to ikmcphil by no chance they can access the exam. The link of the said exam will be sent to their respective gmail account which they provided.
