Filipino Students Sweep STEMCO 2024, Bringing Home Over 300 Medals

A wave of excitement swept as Filipino students nationwide showcased their excellence at the 2024 STEMCO competition held online on November 16, 2024. The event, which saw participation from students across the globe, witnessed a remarkable performance by our Filipino young Scientists, who secured an astounding number of medals and merit awards.

The Philippine science warriors bagged a total of 106 gold, 139 silver, 112 bronze medals, and 32 merit awards, demonstrating their exceptional skills and knowledge in various Science fields. This impressive achievement not only reflects the dedication and hard work of the students but also highlights the quality of Philippine STEM education.

The winners of gold, silver, and bronze medals have been invited to participate in the STEMCO Global Finals in Singapore, scheduled from February 12th to 17th, 2025.

All qualified global participants will receive updates via email as to the deadline and other important details of the Global Finals.
