The Mathematics Trainers’ Guild (MTG) Philippines assures Mr. Dimitar Nikolov, Mayor of Municipality of Burgas, Bulgaria that it will send four (4) teams of four members each for Key Stage II (Elementary Division) and another four (4) teams of four members each for Key Stage III (High School Division) to participate in the 2018 Bulgaria International Mathematics Competition (BIMC) which will be held on July 1 – 6, 2018.
As the month-long summer training at Arellano University – Legarda is over, the MTG Philippines has eyed some potential participants for BIMC.
After some considerable deliberation, the committee on training and development came up with thirty two names of trainees recommended to participate in two key stages of BIMC 2018. An additional two female names, one for each key stage, have been disclosed to join in the all-girl international team.
The prospective participants of each key stage must send their confirmation of participation (indicating among others the name and passport details) not later than Monday, May 21, 2018 at this email address, jsw_66@yahoo.com with the subject headers, “YES to BIMC 2018”.
Furthermore, it can be said “hitting two birds with one stone” because all seventeen key stage II (Elementary Division) participants are invited to join the 1st International Festival Mathematical Triathlon Apollonia (IFMTA) to be held in Sozopol, Bulgaria from June 26 to 30, 2018.
This means that the young mathletes have to in Bulgaria for less than a couple of weeks for the two math contests.

As soon as the person-in-charge receives the confirmation, a registration form and other initial requirements will be sent for compliance.
