The 3rd batch of the Young Mathematicians' In-house Training Program (YMIITP) is scheduled on April 11 to 14, 2015 in Baguio City.

As a result of the influx of trainees in the 3rd batch due to typhoon Chedeng, insistent transfer request of many parents and the already huge number of trainees from Southern Luzon and Metro Manila, the MTG Philippines finds it necessary to divide the big group into five. Thus, the trainees with the following grade levels are advised to proceed immediately to the designated venues for the registration and all other training activities.

The Closing program and awarding ceremonies for Grades 3 to 4th year high school students shall be at Crown Legacy Hotel on April 14, 2015. The closing program of the Youngster Group (Grades 1 & 2) shall be in the afternoon of April 13, 2015 at Venus Parkview Hotel.

Other Reminders:

a. Please do not forget to bring the Electronic Reply Form (ERF) for your utmost convenience and present it to the registering officer at the validation area.
b. As much as possible, limit your baggage to only one (1). Label it properly by writing your name and mobile number on a sheet of paper and attached it to a three-inched scotch tape. Tag it to the handle of your baggage, similar to how it is done by airline staff, this is to prevent any losses or misplaced of baggage.
c. Please take your breakfast before queuing for the registration.

Note:

1. Grade 7, 8, 9 and 4th year trainees will have their 1st session at 9:30 am on April 11.
2. There will be no Opening program for the participants who will proceed to the following hotels: Pines View Hotel, Pines Econ Hotel and Brentwood Hotel
