Emmanuel Osbert Cajayon, grade 11 from Emilio Aguinaldo College, has proven his excellence in numbers as he obtained a perfect score in the Fermat contest run by the Center for Education in Mathematics and Computing (CEMC) of the University of Waterloo in Canada.
Cajayon’s exceptional performance put the Philippine in the first rank among the schools outside Canada.
The top scorers in the Cayley contest were Steven Reyes, Grade 8 from St. Jude Catholic Schools and Bryce Ainsley Sanchez, Grade 8 from Grace Christian College. They bested more than one hundred participants from the Philippines in the Cayley contest.
Furthrmore, Raphael Dylan Dalida, Grade 9 from St. Mary’s Academy in Pasay finished the Pascal contest with flying colors as he was few marks away from the perfect score.
